Clear RLM Cache - Realism Location Marker

🔧 What is this page?

This page helps you clear cached data for the Realism Location Marker (RLM) script. Use this if you've been told to clear your cache to enable new features or if you're experiencing issues with outdated functionality.

⚠️ What will happen?

Clicking the "Clear Cache" button below will:

Clear browser cache - Forces fresh loading of RLM scripts
Clear localStorage data - Removes cached building types and POI data
Enable new features - Ensures you get the latest RLM functionality
Note: The next time you use RLM, it may load slightly slower as it fetches fresh data

IMPORTANT: Before running any script (.BAT or .PS1 files), you should always verify what it does for security reasons.

For the easiest solution, download and run one of these scripts:

📁 Download .BAT File
(Windows - Double-click to run) ⚡ Download .PS1 File
(PowerShell - Right-click → Run)

How to use:

Download either the .BAT or .PS1 file above
Verify the code using an AI tool (recommended for security)
Double-click the downloaded file to run it
Wait for it to finish clearing cache
Go to MissionChief and refresh the page

These scripts clear browser cache for Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Brave automatically!

🌐 Manual Browser Cache Clear (Alternative)

If the button above doesn't work, you can manually clear your browser cache:

Chrome/Edge/Brave

Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
Select "Cached images and files"
Choose "All time" as the time range
Click "Clear data"

Firefox

Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
Select "Cache"
Choose "Everything" as the time range
Click "Clear Now"

📋 Steps after clearing cache:

Clear your cache using the button above or manual method
Go back to MissionChief
Refresh the page (Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R)
New features should now be available!

New features added: When we add new building types or functionality
Data updates: When dispatch centers or building information changes
Bug fixes: When we fix issues that require fresh data
